The movie adaptation of
Chimamanda Adichie’s critically-acclaimed book, Half of a Yellow Sun,
will premiere in Lagos on April 25.Directed by Biyi Bandele, it
stars Academy Award nominee, Chiwetel Ejiofor; British actress, Thandie Newton;
as well as Genevieve Nnaji, Zack Orji, Gloria Young and Onyeka Onwenu.

The movie was based on the adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's best selling novel Half of a Yellow sun. The movie debuted at the
Toronto International Film Festival in September, 2013 and in London at the BFI
London Film Festival in October, 2013.
