Mercy ukor-ayem is the
current Miss West Africa UK. She was born on august 3 1991 in BENUE, nigeria. The
22 year old mercy who studied in UK is Model, topmodeluk finalist, An
Entrepreneur. Mercy got her degree in BA
business with information systems. And (masters)
MSC international hospitality management. Miss Mercy loves Egg, fried
rice and chicken, she likes reading,
modelling, travelling and making new friends. Late Whitney Houston is
her Role Model and Favorite Musician.
In september 2012 At a packed
Mermaid Theatre in the heart of London, the amazing Mercy Ukor succeeded
Astride Costa, from Ginnue Bissau who won it in 2010. when in a highly
competitive final she became the latest Miss West Africa Queen to be crowned
when she took the prize of Miss West Africa UK in 2012. She now went on to compete in cape verde for the
Miss West Africa International crown 2013.
Mercy Ukor has graced so
many red carpet this few years of her
reign, she was invited to the glittering premiere at the Cafe Royal Hotel of
the fashion film My Name is W – the fashion film based on
designer Danish Wakeel’s collection. Attended by
many top fashion industry people, Miss west Africa UK, alongside her manager
Bridgette Chalu had a fantastic evening at what was her last public appearance
before jetting off to Cape Verde to compete at Miss West Africa International
2013. Which she performed amazinly well but didn't go home with the crown..

In early 2014 MERCY UKOR, MISS WEST AFRICA UK was SPECIALLY INVITED TO NIGERIA BY THE BENUE STATE Governmnt house, a courtesy visit to Benue State Government House. The beautiful lady didn’t waste time to visit many charities, and execute her God giving duties. See her organise donations to the orphanage and more. See more pix below
